Will the restaurant i invest in be mine or the company?

In the first model of full investment, the store is entirely yours and the contract for remaining under the Pizza Fan name is automatically renewed every 5 years, provided that its terms are met. In the BFL model, the store is at your sole responsibility, however it belongs to the company unless you reinvest your profits and buy it, in which case you will have lower rates. Also in the BFL model, the franchise is automatically renewed every 5 years, provided that its terms are met.

How much should I invest? Are there alternative forms of cooperation?

Pizza Fan is the only company that offers 2 flexible investment models:

1. Full investment: 

The full franchise investment has an initial fee of €130,000 plus an entry fee of €20,000.

2. With BFL Guarantee:

In the BFL (Business Facility Lease) model, the company makes the investment and you deposit a guarantee of €40,000 which is refundable in the event of termination of the partnership for any reason, plus a €20,000 non-refundable entry fee. The construction and equipment of the BFL model is done at the company's expense. You can take advantage of the guaranteed investment if you want to invest in areas of direct interest to the company or acquire an already operating company store.

Is it possible to finance the investment?

Not by Pizza Fan (banks of course have other lending programs) but in the 2nd model, the investment is actually made by the company.

What is the commission I have to pay as a Pizza Fan franchisee?

Royalties for the use of the Pizza Fan name are 7% of the store's net sales in the case of the first franchise model and 9% in the case of the second BFL model

How does advertising, marketing, sales strategy work, and what obligations do I have to these services?

Pizza Fan has a central marketing strategy department consisting of 20 people, with sections of: Data Mining, Corporate Partnerships, Media, Creative, Kids Party, Events, Sponsorship (we have provided free food to 4,185 schools, 1,447 sports clubs, 802 cultural events and 605 social organizations so far). Based on sales and competition data, this department delivers the strategy and implements the actions nationwide. Advertising campaign spending accounts for 3% of the store's net sales. In addition, each franchisee must spend 3% on local advertising per month. The company has also set up a network of affiliated Shopping Friends companies (100,000 companies) that distribute the vouchers to their customers.
