Quality & Preservation To ensure the maximum quality and safety of our products, we utilize freezing methods. We use extra virgin olive oil (acidity ≤0.8%) in our salads and sunflower oil in our dough.

ITALIAN FAN MANTONA Pizza: The spice blend contains salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, and basil.

Preparation Our pizza dough is stretched and shaped by hand, which may result in a +/- 5% variance in the final shape and size of the pizza.

Handling & Storage Methods

Pre-cooked & Frozen: Meat products, poultry, fried eggs, and cooked dishes.

Pre-fried & Frozen: French fries.

Frozen: Desserts, sauces (Bolognese, Napolitana), dough, and breads.
