Ability to analyze financial and statistical data.

Knowledge of restaurant operations.

Experience in food safety management systems. (HACCP)

Driver's license and comfort in commuting.

Possibility of trips to the countryside.

Ability to manage food stores

Possibility of training in all positions of the store

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Holder of a higher education degree
